Why You MUST Take the Time to Understand This Philosophy so YOU Can Take Charge of Your Thinking and Your Life NOW

ADVANCE CONFIDENTLY!

WYSIWYG = What You See Is What You Get

“Everyone takes the limits of his own vision for the limits of the world.” -Arthur Schopenhauer

We think in pictures. We don’t think in words.

We use words to describe the pictures we see, but we don’t see the words, we see what they represent, and what they represent is subjective.

If I say ball, without any further description, your mind will create a picture of whatever your default is for ball.

Some will see a red ball, some a tennis ball, some a football, others a soccer ball.

If your favorite sport is basketball, then you will probably see a basketball and not only will you see the ball, but depending on the level your RAS or reticular activating system operates at, you might see both colors and even the brand label of the ball. It often will go well beyond brand, to texture, feel, smell, weight, sound, etc.…

Close your eyes, can you hear the sound of the dribbling ball? Can you see the fade away jumper, the crossover dribble, the sound of shoes sticking and the screech of a sudden stop or turn?

Can you see the iconic image of Michael Jordan flying through the air, seeming to defy gravity as he slams home yet another dunk?

Each of these elements I typed on the page either create or remind us of what already exists in our minds eye.

This is the place of memories, dreams, victory, triumph, tragedy, and defeat.

It is also the place of possibilities…

Einstein once said, “Our imagination is a preview of life’s coming attractions.”

Einstein “saw” E=MC “squared.”

Another creative with the ability to “see” something before it existed, was Thomas Edison. Interestingly enough, Tesla used this same visualization capacity…

Edison saw a fully functional version of the incandescent light bulb long before he ever successfully carried out his light bulb experiment. Not…
